Kungfu is more of a lifestyle art than a sport. It includes, among other things, culture, history, sport, self-defence, well-being and health.
The Yizong Bagua school is rather exceptional in offering all of these aspects in one coherent system.
Master Luo Dexiu possesses deep knowledge of all these areas and has the talent of being able to pass this in a simple and relaxed way onto others.

Program:

Thet program is designed to give you the full experience of the diversity of the Yizong Bagua school. We start off early with a session of exercises meant for health and well-being. After a short break comes a session of classical kungfu that focuses on practicing and understanding the typical movements from the styles of Xingyi and Bagua. After a lunch break we continue with another session, focusing this time on the practical use of these movements.

9h00 - 10h00: QIGONG 5 animals exercises (1/2)
10h30 - 12h30: XINGYI Practice of the 5 elements
14h30 - 17h00: XINGYI The practical use for the 5 elements in a fight as in sanda for example.

Sunday June 1st 2025
9h00 - 10h00: QIGONG 5 animas exercises (2/2)
10h30 - 12h30: BAGUA Practice on the circle of "Oolong Bai wei" or "Swimming Dragon Bagua"
14h30 - 1700: BAGUA practical throws and counterthrows
