"Free Fight" that allows

KICKS, PUNCHES and THROWS

The most important thing is to have fun while you build your "KUNG FU SKILLS".

We explore different forms of wrestling, kickboxing, swordfighting, clinchfighting,... etc, to develop "Ti, Da, Shuai, Na", or "Kick, Punch, Throw, Submit" as skills.

Falling mats and boxing gloves allow us to do this in a safe and playful manner.

​

We focus on Power, Technique and Strategy, witht Health as a pleasant byproduct.

To enchance the practice, concepts and exercises from traditional Kung Fu will be taught alongside.
